Web Venous Screeening Portal (Online)

If you wish to self asssess yourself  for venous diseases the web-based Online Screening is at your disposal. This program allows the participant to complete a venous disease self-assessment for VTE risk and other venous problems.  Educational materials and a printable report card that can be brought to a primary care physician are available for downloading.
