Comprehensive venous screening program
Participants also complete a Venous Thrombo-Embolism (VTE) risk questionnaire evaluating their risk for VTE in a high risk situation and have their legs examined by a qualified professional. An ultrasound exam of both legs is performed to detect failure of the vein valves (venous insufficiency) or blockages in the veins. All participants receive educational materials about venous disease, as well as a report card to bring to their primary care provider.

Our web based online screening allows any one to complete a venous disease self assessment for VTE risk and other venous problems. Educational materials are available for downloading as well as a printable report card that can be brought to a primary care physician.
