Clinical Trials Consortium
The clinical trials consortium is an AVF member resource for pairing up investigators with other investigators or trialists who are interested and willing to participate in venous clinical research. There are many times when good ideas never come to fruition due to lack of known interested parties, and no structure for getting together. Our goal is to be a common site where researchers and clinicians can pair up to perform multicenter trials and studies. These may be retrospective reviews that combine already occurred data or true prospective new agent or device type trials. The AVF leadership wish to put forth this resource so that new knowledge and improvements in clinical venous care will proceed unabated.
